Hamilton Grand comprises twenty-six luxury residences on the 18th hole of St Andrews’ Old Course, located on the most expensive street in Scotland.
Within one year, Mercury had successfully secured coverage across all key UK national newspapers. One specific highlight was being covered in a Rightmove newsletter, sent to its database of 4 million, which led to the property agent Savills receiving 10 significant leads.
Mercury was appointed to not only increase awareness through media relations and press trips, but also to identify partnerships with entities such as private jet companies, which can potentially generate highly sought-after sales leads. In September 2020, Mercury identified four potential property buyers (in collaboration with an events partner) and hosted them on a perfectly curated two-day trip to St Andrews, with all it has to offer.
Ahead of this year’s Dunhill Links Championships and the (postponed) 150th Open Championships on the Old Course in 2022, Mercury continues to affirm Hamilton Grand as the most iconic golf property in Scotland, if not the world.
In January 2021, Mercury was also appointed as the PR agency for the neighbouring Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa – testament to their successful support of sister company, Hamilton Grand.
