In September, El Gouna took London by storm with a carefully curated investor roadshow designed to introduce high-net-worth UK audiences to this remarkable destination. The multi-day event combined various activities and events, all aimed at positioning El Gouna as both Egypt's leading lifestyle destination and a strategic investment opportunity.

The roadshow began with an intimate media breakfast at Home House private members club. The breakfast attracted influential media voices from Condé Nast Property, Country & Town House, Forbes Global Properties, Daily Mail, and Aspire, among others, covering travel trade, business, and lifestyle publications. El Gouna CEO Mohamed Amer and Orascom's Head of Corporate Communications Erica Pettit Alkhfaji led insightful conversations covering El Gouna's compelling investment story and revealing findings from the third edition of Orascom Development's Keys of Life research initiative: a comprehensive study exploring what creates a true sense of belonging in residential communities. We also welcomed property content creators, to discuss engaging with their audiences who are seeking luxury lifestyle and real estate content.

The centrepiece of the roadshow was an exclusive invitation-only evening reception, also hosted at Home House. In partnership with Luxury London and Mayfair Collective—whose combined databases reach ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, private bankers, and trusted advisors—we welcomed over 120 guests to discover El Gouna's 35-year legacy and future vision.

The evening featured a fireside chat between Luxury London's Digital Editorial Director Zoe Gunn and Mohamed Amer, offering guests deeper insights into what makes El Gouna unique: a fully integrated coastal town with world-class amenities, sustainable development practices, and genuine investment potential. The conversation sparked active interest, with guests engaging about property opportunities, lifestyle offerings, and El Gouna's commitment to environmental stewardship.

The roadshow concluded with a weekend takeover of Dartmouth House, where El Gouna's sales team hosted drop-in consultations. This provided interested prospective buyers with a more relaxed setting to explore property portfolios, ask detailed questions, and envision their future connection to the destination.
